Thank you to all who made our Flag Day Dining-In such a success! It was a wonderful evening of camaraderie, stories, and support for our Veterans!

A VetREST fundraiser and experience event rooted in military tradition with focus on elevating the mission work of VetREST “Finding Peace from the Hidden Battle”

When: Saturday, June 17, 2023
Time: 4:30 - 7:00 pm (16:30 - 1900)
Where: Beaverton Elks Lodge 3464 SW 106th Ave. Beaverton, Oregon 97005
Who:  All (Veterans and friends of Vets, Spouses welcome; NOT your traditional Dining-In)
Dress:  Casual (again, All welcome; NOT your traditional Dining-In, yet prior service gear OK) More: $50 per person, includes dinner (choice of prime rib or salmon entree) and gratuity. (Does not include alcohol.)

Schedule:

  • 1630 - Arrivals
  • 1700 - Program Begins
  • 1730 - Dinner Served
  • 1800 - Special Guest Presentations
  • 1900 - Evening Wrap

VetREST seeks to mentor veterans while providing farming opportunities in safe and supportive environments where they can achieve wellness themselves and produce healthy food for our nation.

The Flag Day Dining-In event provides a spirit-filled evening, rooted in military tradition, with an unparalleled fusion of fundraising, fun, and ceremony.

The evening’s events will bring our supportive, philanthropic, and giving community together to raise awareness and much-needed funds for a new greenhouse to help complement and elevate our efforts at our many Victory Gardens throughout Oregon.

The growth of these gardens and this program relies heavily on the benefits of a greenhouse. This great event is being presented in partnership with BESThq and the Marketplace Catalyst (presented by Serving Our Neighbors).
